Unlike a “bucket seat”, the Milo seat reclines to a flat surface which is safe and approved for newborns. They can be placed directly onto the seat or you can use the plush, padded, newborn insert that we include for extra comfort and support. We also include a free UV cover that keeps them completely covered and protected from the sun.
Of course, if you want a little extra stability, protection and comfort for bub, the bassinet is the way to go. You also dont need to worry about harnessing in a newborn to a bassinet, which makes swaddline etc easier on the go.

Of course, if you want a little extra stability, protection and comfort for bub, the bassinet is the way to go.
When transporting a baby by car you will either need a convertible car seat (typically 0-4 years) that remains fixed in your car or you can use a baby capsule. These will have a base that is fixed in the car, however, you can easily unclip the capsule to remove bub from the car without needing to wake them. You can then carry them inside or if you purchase a set of compatible car capsule adaptors, you can attach the capsule to your pram. These typically come in 0-6 month or 0-12 month options.
