  1. Purchase online and we'll deliver to your door.

    Carefully set-up your pram from the comfort of your living room (inside testing only).

  2. Not for you? Return it!

    Fill in the return form and we will send you a re-boxing video & free return shipping label. Repack the product in its original condition and packaging (along with any unopened accessories) & drop it at your nearest Post Office.

  3. Full refund.

    We’ll cover the return shipping cost and refund you the cost of your pram and any returned accessories.

Returns Policy

A return request must be made via email (to au.support@babybeeonline.com) or web form within 100 days of the original order dispatch date.

Note: Returns are processed fortnightly. The refund will be for the original purchase price of the pram and any accompanying accessories. The original shipping payment will not be refunded.

Please make sure your pram and any accessories are returned in original condition.

'Original condition' means no signs of use or damage and the product has been re-packed how it arrived (with all protective packaging to ensure no damage during transport).

Understandably, the box may incur some incidental damage during transport and when removing the tape, all we ask is that you take the best care you can when unpacking and re-boxing your pram.

Prams and accessories that are not deemed to be in original condition cannot be accepted for a full return.

If there is any damage to your pram when you have received it, please ensure you report this to us before sending it back.

Accessories/Spare Parts

Accessories/Spare Parts purchased in the same transaction as a pram can be returned with the pram provided they are also in original condition*. This policy otherwise excludes accessories/spare parts purchased in a separate transaction.

Loss of returned items

Once the printed label is scanned at the Post Office, we take responsibility for any product lost in transit.

Other exclusions

This policy excludes returns for a different colour, different model or returns to take advantage of a variation in price.

Products purchased through the outlet, sale and near perfect sections of the website are not eligible for free returns. 

The change of mind return policy can only be used once due to the high cost of shipping.
