Experts recommend a firm, flat surface is the safest way to transport a newborn.
The Milo2 seat reclines to a flat surface which unlike a “bucket seat” is safe and approved for newborns. They can be placed directly onto the seat or you can use the plush, padded, newborn insert that we include for extra comfort. We also include a free UV cover that keeps them completely covered and protected from the sun. Of course, if you want a little extra stability, protection and comfort for bub, the bassinet is the way to go.
For the Leo, we recommend bassinets for babies under 6 months old. This is because of the "bucket seat" that even when fully reclined, does not lie completely flat. They should remain in the bassinet until they can sit up and support their head and neck unaided (around 6 months). If their neck muscles aren't strong enough, the risk of them sitting in the seat is that their head may fall forwards when they get tired and block their airways. It’s for the same reason why you’ll find time usage limits stated on all car capsules due to their curved seat (not flat like a bassinet).
The Pixi seat reclines to fully flat and is safe for a newborn. You also have the option of purchasing the parent facing pack, which is a permantly flat bed, allowing a parent facing option (the stroller seat only faces forward).
Our pram bassinets are not tested for overnight safe sleeping practices and we recommend you monitor your little one regularly while napping in their pram.
There are currently no Safety Standards for bassinet safe sleeping in Australia. Some companies will state compliance with an international standard however we have been advised by industry experts (Red Nose and IMPAA) that they would never approve a pram bassinet as a safe sleeping environment which is why we continue to encourage regular monitoring.
Pram bassinets are much narrower than sleeping bassinets and even with mesh sides that are breathable, when a baby’s nose presses up against the mesh it can block their nose causing suffocation risk (note: babies breathe almost exclusively through their noses until at least 4 months of age).
SIDS/Red Nose have more information on safe sleeping practices here: https://rednose.org.au/article/bassinets

shipping, orders & payments
Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
All in stock orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. We deliver via Australia Post's Parcel Post Service and you can check delivery time estimates on their website below and enter 3029 (Truganina) as the "From" postcode: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/
After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent a tracking number via email so you can track its progress.
Australia Post doesn't always scan every parcel individually if they're picking up a large number of orders from us. We often find that when this happens you won't see your tracking move until it's at the delivery centre nearest to you. Please be patient, once your tracking number has been sent, your order is definitely on it’s way.
If you have purchased additional accessories, they may arrive at a different time to your pram. If you check your tracking number, you will be able to see if another delivery is on the way and when you can expect it.
Our strollers are currently only available to purchase in Australia, New Zealand and Canada. We do not currently ship internationally outside of these countries. You can head to our New Zealand website here. Or Canadian website here.
Unfortunately, due to the high cost of international shipping, we can't ship to or cover warranty issues for anyone outside of these countries.

The Milo2 cannot accommodate two seats, however, you can add a toddler board for a 2+ year old to stand on and roll along behind.
Alternatively, if you are wanting a pram that can covert from a single to a double, we recommend you have a look at our Leo mode.
- Infant Support Set
- Reversible Seat Liner
- Handlebar Bag
- Harness Cover Set
- Infant UV Cover
Our single model Milo2 (bassinet & stroller set) has the following features:
- Lighter and more compact than the Leo.
- The Milo2 seat is newborn safe, whereas we recommend a bassinet for the first 6 months with the Leo.
- The Milo2 cannot add a second seat, instead, you can attach a toddler board which allows a 2+ year old to stand on and roll along behind.
Our single/double model Leo (bassinet & stroller set) differs from the Milo2 in a number of ways:
- Slightly heavier and bigger (to be able to accommodate up to 50kg in double mode)
- Converts from a single to a proper double (with two full sized seats) so you have over 30 configurations available to you.
- Larger wheels enable the Leo to handle off-road conditions better.
The connection points where the bassinet/seat attaches to the frame are different in both size and shape between the Milo2 and Leo models. This means that the Milo2 seat or bassinet cannot be used on the Leo frame. Similarly, the Leo bassinet and seat cannot be used on the Milo2 frame.

pixi
The Pixi has been designed with an ultra-compact fold to fit in overhead lockers. Most carriers will allow it, however we recommend checking with your specific airline at the check-in desk as they each have different requirements for carry-on luggage.
Note: Damage incurred to your Pixi stroller as a result of airline travel is not covered by our warranty. We recommend checking if your airline covers any potential damage incurred.
The forward facing stroller seat reclines to fully flat, so is suitable to use from birth.
The parent facing newborn pack provides a parent facing option so you can keep an eye on your little one for the first 6 months.
Both options are safe and comfortable for your newborn, it's simply personal preference!
No, the parent facing pack is a permanent flat-bed designed for infants 0-6months.
No, in order to keep the pixi as compact and lightweight as possible, the handlebar height is not adjustable.
