Eligibility
This competition is open to all legal Australian residents, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entry period
Entry is open from 9am Monday 19^th October 2020 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on the 25th of October 2020. Only entries received within the entry period will be eligible. The winner will be announced on this website page and notified via email within 2 weeks of completion of voting period.

How to enter

Each individual may only enter one time per category for a total of 5 entries.
1. Click the link on a sponsored post or story, organic post or story, or promotional email from Milly + Coup or any participating brand.

2. Fill out the entry form and submit a photo to one of the listed categories.

Listed Categories:

-Best pregnancy announcement pic
-Best gender reveal photo
-Best bumpie shot (belly selfie)
-Best professional pregnancy photo
-Best photo fail (for any of the above categories)

All photo submissions must be the intellectual property of the entrant.

Winner selection
A short list of 5 image submissions per category will be determined by a panel of Milly + Coup employees and published on the Voting webpage: https://millyandcoup.com.au/pages/baby-bump-giveaway-vote

The winner will be selected by popular vote during the voting period.

The voting period will be open from 9am 26^th October 2020 and closes 11.59pm 1^st November 2020.

The winners will be the submissions that receive the most public votes during the voting period in each category.

Any attempts to artificially inflate or influence the amount of voted received for a particular entry will result in disqualification of that entry.

Selection Criteria:

Photos will be short-listed on the following criteria:

• Originality
• Composition and visual appeal
• Relevance to Category Description

Photos that contain crude or offensive material, or any copyright or trademarked materials from brands other than Milly + Coup will be automatically excluded from selection.

One prize will be awarded for each category winner:

Best bumpie shot (belly selfie): Milo Stroller and Little Cloud Lane $250 Voucher
Best professional pregnancy photo: Milo Stroller and DockATot Deluxe+ of winners choice up to value of $319
Best photo fail (for any of the above categories): Milo Stroller and Milk & Co Prize pack worth $250

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to an external party without the entrant’s prior consent. By entering the Competition you agree that Milly + Coup will share your name and email address with participating brands to be used for marketing purposes.
